We first met Asim Khan when we were working on a project house that we planned to sell. We have known him for a fifteen years now. He has assisted us in the sale of two homes and the purchase of a third where we currently reside, as well as helping our brother purchase his home for a well negotiated price, to his full satisfaction.
We decided to employ him to sell the first house after he impressed us with his knowledge of the market factors in the area and his level of courtesy. He provided us with valuable market information, suggestions on elements of the house that could be improved, and a contact for a professional stager. We followed his advice, employed the stager, and sold the house with multiple offers for thousands over the list price. The second house was similar to the first, also bringing in multiple offers, but this time setting a new price record for the block! In the search for a new home to live in he was patient and knowledgeable and seemed determined to find us the perfect house and the great deal we were looking for. When we were first time buyers, Asim was very patient and knowledgeable, and was always helpful with his advice. He was able to work within our very restricted budget, and find us a wonderful home before it had even hit MLS. In a time where the market was hot, he was able to secure us this property for under asking price!
When it came time to make a move, we knew immediately we wanted to use Asim's services again. We looked at a large number of homes, and Asim was once again a great help. He has a very busy schedule, but never hesitated to make time for us to view a home, answer any of our many questions, or send us information on homes he thought we might like. He is very honest with his feedback and will let you know if he has concerns about a home you are looking at, even if it might cost him the sale! This made us trust him completely, as he is focused on finding the right home for his clients, not just on a closing a deal. His marketing campaign was intensive and comprehensive. He generated amazing response from potential buyers, and put in countless hours showing the house, doing open houses, and following up with agents and their clients. We sold our home quickly, and for a price that exceeded our expectations (a record price on our street!).
